Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains what information Satchel & Slate collects and how it is used. This website (satchelandslate.pages.dev) is a static information site. It does not use cookies, has no accounts, and runs no advertising or tracking scripts of its own. Cloudflare Pages hosts the site and may keep standard server logs (like IP address and the pages you request) for security and reliability, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

When you buy, you check out on Payhip. Payhip and its payment processors (Stripe or PayPal) collect the information needed to complete the order: your name, email address, billing country, and payment details. Payhip shares your name, email address, and order details with us so we can deliver and support your purchase. We never receive your full card number. Payhip's and the payment processors' own privacy policies also apply.

We use your email address only to deliver your files, answer your questions, and handle refunds. We don't sell or rent your information. If you choose to join a mailing list on Payhip, we'll only email you about new products, and you can unsubscribe anytime. To ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you, email thomas.dorgan+satchelslate@gmail.com. Our products are bought by parents and teachers. They are not meant for children to buy, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
