Please email us if a download link has expired, a file won't open, you found a typo or a mistake in an answer key, you want a co-op or group license, or you want to request a new grade-level pack. If you're writing about an order, please include your order number or the email address you used at checkout. That lets us find your purchase quickly. Please don't send card details or other payment information by email. Payhip and its payment processors handle payments, and we never see your full card number.

Payhip handles purchases, downloads, and receipts. If you need a copy of your receipt or your download link again, check the email Payhip sent when you bought. You can also reply to us and we'll help you get it back.
